I've been thinking lately about the positive and negative effects WarLight can have on your life. Like for example, I've made some new friends on WarLight and become a better typist; but on the other hand, my grades have suffered a slight but noticeable decrease. So I'm curious, has anyone on WarLight suffered or enjoyed side effects of playing it, and if so, what are they?

Over the almost two years I have played it, my typing words per minute has jumped from 40 to nearly 80. It hasn't made a difference on my grades, you have to make sure you know how to balance warlight with the real world.

For me Warlight has increased my typing speed and spelling. But it has dramaticly increased my logic and if anything, increased my grade performance. Well we will have to wait to see if that is certain as GCSE results (English final exam for High school) are being realised soon.

GCSEs aren't the equivalent of finals are they? I thought A levels were..

I already had good knowledge of countries and places in the world. But Warlight has helped with that to.

For General Arun here is the basics of schooling in England.

GCSEs - End of High School.

A Levels - End of college.

Degrees - End of University.

Because skunk it's obviously a joke, i guess warlight has not improved your humour.
Warlight has improved my geography and it has probably improved my typing i haven't taken notice of that though.

I was unsure whether finals were the equivalent of GCSEs (previously O Levels) or A levels. I am British (as X said) so know about the British system. I do know that college is university though... not high school. How old are you when you take finals?

high school goes to 18, its compulsary. so i guess a levels are equivalent in the sense of age but i dont think the examination systems of the two countries are really comparable. their school system isn't really comparable to an actual, functioning school system.

nah j/k both our countries are shitty

Ironheart I know it is a joke. I am pointing out the flaws in it. A joke needs to have a certain level to it.
