I set my map to pending public about 36 hours ago, yet I have still not gotten a confirmation email that the request has been recieved. Does anyone know what the cause can be, or if this happens more often and that I should just have patience?

You get a notification (under mail) if the map has been made public. Not sure about if rejected.

Yes but once you put it on pending public, I used to get an email that said:
"Warzone has received your request for your map, (map name) version 1.0 to go public. It can take up to 24 hours before your map is visible to everyone in Warzone.
If you did this by mistake or need to make a change before it goes public, you can always change your map back to Development mode and it won't be made public until you change it to public again.
You will receive another e-mail when your map is finally made public, or if there was a problem making it public. Please consult the Help tab if you have any questions!"
But this time I didn't get it. And it's been 2 days since I've made it public. There's where my question comes from.

It's probably manually reviewed. Chances are it wasn't reviewed yet.
