Attempted to divide the map between Shia/Sunni(using a better map from Wikipedia, hopefully), added a bonus for Kurdish Independence, One-state Solution, and ISIS.

Also started working on scenario distributions. Countries, Countries + Kurdistan, and Islamic Schools.

I've removed Bahrain, it's just too small, and not significant enough to have a pop-out taking up one corner.

About halfway done offsetting bonus borders, so it should hopefully just be a matter of fine-tuning the bonuses and distributions now.

I think you should have one territory representing Bahrain.

I'm not sure if I can fit it in, but I'll give it a go.

Choose how you'll name your territories. For example, you can't put Soqatra and at the same time, Nineveh. It needs to be Socotra and Nineveh or Soqatra and Ninawa.

I just got the names from Wikipedia articles listing governorates, and used the names as they had them:

It's not referencing the archipelago of Socotra, but the governorate of Soqatra. If that's wrong, I'll gladly change it if you can reference me a correction.

The Wikipedia article seemed awfully sparse on information about the muhafazat of Soqatra. I'm almost sure that it can be correctly referenced to as Socotra governorate. But I can't read Arabic and all information related to this seems to be in Arabic, so you win.
