I was looking at my stats and it says I was booted 1 time. I have never been booted from a game and I even scrolled through all my games to make sure. I've won, surrendered, been eliminated, and voted to end. Did the vote to end game count as a boot?

vote to end does not count as a boot.
i think you probably got booted and don't remember or didn't even see it happen (joined game and forgot about it).

There are a few ways that you can get booted without any of your games showing you as booted. For example, if you get booted in a team game, but your team wins, your status changes to "won" but it still counts as a boot. Or if you get booted into an AI but take back control from the AI, you were booted but the game shows like a normal one.
