"Could Not Connect": 11/12/2014 02:55:59

just got a "Could Not Connect" message. The only suggestion was to check internet connection and refresh connection. Neither worked. Even rebooted computer. Seems that all other functions are working...just can't see my open games or start a single player game. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help. Thanks.
