So the bar on the bottom can be minimized and also unfolded, but is not adjustable.

BUT: It would be better, when its adjustable in height, without restriction.

For Example the power bar is scrollable, and if it would be possible to unfold the bottom bar from 0-100% and then just scroll it,
would be far better in my opinion, like we know it from a Browser when we shrink it how we like it.
