Here is a 24 Slot Scenario I made.

It has almost every country from the year 1914 (Though due to the 24 slot limit, some countries have been merged). While not necessarily balanced, the scenario is as close to real life as I could make it.

If anyone wants to make a game with this scenario, that would be greatly appreciated. Also feel free to make some adjustments for the sake of balance.
