You can't "cancel" or "delete" it. Why not just make a new one?

hmm, in this case it might be possible because you haven't played any games. But Fizzer's usually doesn't delete accounts because it complicates record keeping I believe.
Just leave the account to rot.
I don't believe there is any reason this account existing would stop you transferring your Kongregate account.
