So here are my ideas for cards that could bring a new sense of strategy to the game.

1. Fortification Card, this will raise the user's defense kill rate by 20% (Can be changed in settings)

2. Air Supremacy, is the exact same as the fortification card except it increases Offensive kill rate by how ever much.

3. Guerrilla Warfare, would "steal" a certain percentage of another player's income. But to keep this from overpowering the sanction card, it's recommended people keep the steal percentage low. But it's the players choice.

4. Sabotage, when played on another player, all they will be able to see is fog (Level of fog can be changed in settings) except any parts of the map they played a card to see like a spy card or recon card. Although this one maaay be OP but Idk.

Feel free to share your card ideas and opinions. I think these cards would be cool for scenario games.

I like third and fourth idea, but not sure what you meant to say by 1st, 2nd?

Nice ideas. Not so keen on the 3rd and 4th but the first 2 look like a good idea.

I like the idea of a sabotage card that destroys x armies (or a percentage of the armies) on one of your opponants territories.

I adjusted these ideas and made a new one. Here they are.

1. Fortification Card, this will raise the user's defense kill rate by 20% (Can be changed in settings)

3. Espionage, All of a selected player's cards will be shown to you.

4. Sabotage, this will cause the enemy to see the entire map as dense fog (Level of fog is changeable).

5. Intelligence Warfare, When played on another player, the first order they make will be shown to you.

(Emperor Hirohito is my second account so I'll awnser) Just the army move or attack, ir armies are increaesed on the territory, than you will see that also.

first four are interesting, five is terrible, the only turns someone wouldnt play a delay first move is when they neeed first turn, which is when its obvious what they are going to do

Don't understand what you're trying to say, but on big maps, it's not always obvious.
