Me and LightningBolt are doing really good in the 2v2 ladder and I wanted to know how to get the highest rating possible. Is it a certain way that you play or is it how fast you win the game??? I wanted to get in the top 10 in the 2v2 ladder. So far me and LightningBolt currently have a rating of 1440 and won 5 games already and lost none.

Nothing affects rating except who you play, and whether you get first pick or not. (And obviously whether you win or lose)

you are 2-0, not 5-0, the only way to get higher ranking is to be amazing and ability to beat everyone, and delay losses, however that normally involves in getting blacklisted but because everyone in warlight has blacklisted you it wont matter

The only possible way that speed in which you beat someone can matter is indirect.

Specifically, when you beat someone can have an influence on who you play next since you can only play another team who has an pen slot, so two games that finish at the same time often result in the people from those two games playing each other.

There's definitely some luck involved in quickly getting a high rating though:

I have a 1756 rating on the 1v1 ladder after 5 games, I won 3 of those 5, and lost 2 of them.

Latnox has recently joined the ladder as well.

He won his first 5 games in a row, yet at the beginning of his 6th game he only had a rating of 1583.

The difference was his first 5 opponents had an average rating of 1163, mine had an average rating of 1679.

reduce your game count as low as possible, wait until top teams finish games and then increase it so that you get matched with them. Delay all losses, and take turns in games youre losing slowly, and games youre winning fast.

I know, seahawks. 3 of the 5 games that are still going I am winning.
