I love it, simply because Christchurch, New Zealand gets its own territory.

Christchurch has now it's own empire :)

Thank you people for all these nice comments. ^^
You're all welcome. Keep them incoming.

@elroi

I don't have a deadline for my map but I expect to publish
my Diplomatic World map on the first week of november.

About city bonusses:
Same rules like the World Nations map, every territory is assigned to its bonus but with one main difference.
The thing is that bonus circles or rectangles take too much space in my SVG. This caused a huge problem.
I was obliged to stay under the 2k limit so I invented something really genius.

I will remove the bonus rectangles or circles and replace it by a color code.
I don't know how I will organise the color code but the idea is that there are 1 to 10 colors and they have to represent the value of a region/city. For example: a territory with a yellow color in it is worth 1 and a territory with a yellow color on it is worth 7.
I know this sounds a little bit vague but more details later.

Best regards,
The King [Belgian Gentleman]

Don't go reducing quality of your map. Try this: open your file in inkscape, then save as, and save as type "pure SVG" instead of "inkscape SVG". You'll file will become ca. 20% lighter. Next time ask people who have already encounter the problem you have :)

Try to search archives for when I was making my big map, I have discovered several other ways of reducing the weight of an SVG file. "Simplyfying paths" usually makes the map weight more!

BTW, good luck (though my map is still better, no matter what :P)

Thank you Issander for your wisedom. It worked very well. I used Plain SVG and it became 0.2 k lighter!
Note: I could not find pure svg in my toolbar so I did something else and it succesfully functioned.

Next time ask people who have already encounter the problem you have :)
Sure I will do ! Thanks for your knowledge Issander.

It's fascinating that there are hundred ways to reduce the weight of a SVG and that simplyfying paths makes your map weight more. But I delete the notes so there's no problem for me !

damn, it's even greater than that. Now my circles are circles and not rounded squares. Thanks again Issander.

Also, Fizzer won't make any exception. He won't agree to have any map over the limit. I've asked him that when I was making my own map and encounteres that problem. So, don't bother :)

Creating a map is so much work, I just can't fathom how you can bear making a 'medium'-sized one, let alone these monstrosities o-o
