I'm pretty sure the move order "rules" in a 2v2 game are if:

Team 1 - AB
Team 2 - CD

then if your teammate goes first, you go last [eg. A(CD)(DC)B or B(CD)(DC)A]. Correct me if I am wrong?

My real question is what if player C gets eliminated. Does the formula still hold?

If A then ADB, if B then BDA, if D then D(AB)?

I'd also be interested in the answer to this question. Does anyone know?

Okay because I had a team game where I was the team with two (AB) and we eliminated the one opponent. The other guy then had 12 consecutive first moves against me (random order) and I wondered if he's just the luckiest person alive or something behind the scenes

I would think the slots hold the same (leave C in there as if not eliminated), then just no moves happen in that person's slot.

In that case then Team 1 could both have first move over the remaining player

That still seems reasonable to me. Having a teammate get eliminated is (and should be) a significant handicap.

I'm not sure I am right, but I have always just considered that player to still be in the same position in the random order, just with no moves. It would be the same as if the player simply had no attacks/transfers at all, but was still in the game.
