Just report it and move on. Why post it here where nothing can be done about it?

You're correct Richard, you should immediately report him.
But it was just a proof.

A friend of my had created that level 1 fizzer account just to know how people would react. And also to see how long he can go on without being reported or being noticed by someone.

It's also good to know that there are people here who know that.

just curious, but why report someone who has the same name as someone else?

obviously this instance with fizzer is different, but there are like 30 "Bane"s

I don't see why creating account named Fizzer should be against the rules. There are like dozens of such accounts. One is even on 33rd lvl ad still not banned.

It's also good to know that there are people here who know that you have to report copycats with a double name.

Except you don't. Double-names are acceptable per the ToS. It is only unacceptable for Fizzer (due to his status) or if you are attempting to mimic someone else as a means of harassing them. In the latter case, the report is due to the harassment, not the name-copying.

To mimic properly, you should be from the same state of US as Fizzer, and orginially call your account Randy.
