The “ad bonus” for Army Camp Production currently shows up under Army Camp Discount in the Modifiers tab.

Not sure which attribute this actually impacts at the moment but either the description should change or the readout should change.

i reported this bug, fizzer confirmed it's just a bug on the modifier screen, the bonus actually applies to camp production. I assume he's fixing it.
