So I want my diplo map to have a bonus for each territory (all 1) but i wont be able to fit a bonus link on each territory AND the army itself, and having them float around the territories will look awful.

is there a way that i can do one of the following?:

A: have them invisible
B: clump them in a big mass off to the side of the map
C: overlap them all so you only see one

il write on the map somewhere stating that each territory is worth 1, or at least an equal amount so people will understand.

D) you can hide the bonus rectangles and put a message on the map that every territory is worth 1 army per turn.

No I think I didn't read the 3d and the 5th sentence.

I don't think there is much point of everything being worth 1 because you can change 'extra armies for territories once base is exceeded'
