for: stealing time

both refused to surrender in an 8v8 when it was absolutely clear their team had lost (sum of incomes <<50% of superior team). all others surrendered; they continued playing and seemed to use up their full time any single turn. the problem was that the map was a really big one so they couldn't be busted easily... cost us about an hour to finish that; finally they gave in because it could have lasted 2 more hours (don't know how to link game; otherwise i would show here).

be warned; blacklist them!

I don't see why (apart from your pettyness)any reason why they should be blacklisted.

Considering the template it's also not so weird they wanted to take their time ingame.

you should get time insurance so that if somebody steals your time you can claim it back. you should also report these time-thiefs to the timecops so they can be brought to justice.

I am not sure about minutes, but as far as i know hours are made in France, and in benelux there is quite a nice black market of time. You can disguise yourself as russian mafia, and you track down your lost time.. The odds are you will find exact YOUR hours there. Find Adam von Heerpijn in the Antwerp docks, or man called Eivaar in the Eindhoven airport cargo terminal - they should be able to help. True story bro.
