Using:

United States Big, 2109 territories, http://warlight.net/Map.aspx?ID=572
Big Mexico, 863 territories, http://warlight.net/Map.aspx?ID=5504

am sorry but the united states is 3109 but i think you are suggesting adding territories together.Even if this was done it will take an ambitious map maker to do and pull off or you could just do it since you can just ask for the already made svg from the map makers.

Unfortunately, maps can't exceed 3200 territories. So you would not even be able to add USA big and Alaska.

I think he means territories merged together to be withing limit that's why he wrote 2109 for the usa.
