Can AI airlift?

I believe AI can use cards like any human player, so yes

I don’t think AI’s on a team with humans can use cards

AI can use cards (also if they on a team with humans)
they often use diplocards for example
i also saw blockade territorys (mostly territorys which not made sence to blockade)
or using sanctioncards

but i dont saw an AI using Airlift yet
