when I Hire mercenaries I get about 10% of what I buy. Last time I hired 102,000 mercenaries when at 50,000 and ended up with a little more then 60,000. bug or am I missing something?

Probably your auto conquer is using some of them. Try disabling it on the advancements tab.

Or you confused the mercenaries with their cost? 102k was the price and the actual number of mercenaries was lower?
