I think its okay, but I am opened before any good changes and of course fixing bugs. If you have a good idea just write here.

It's not bad, I didn't notice anything wrong.

However, is there any need for yet another European map?

I think the historical borders can be enough different to give an unlike experience. And I think the warlight birth when Fizzer felt the need for yet another world map for risk, so why not?

And the size is too an essential factor. Troll's Europe is ideal for middle-long games, Ottaman's for a little bit longer games, Moros' and Major Risk's Europe for long games, this one is good for a quick struggle. Not as quick as Imperium Romanum, but somewhere between Kayn's Romanum and Troll's Europe.

The players will decide that they feel the need of this map or not :)

When it is public I release a cool scenario template for 5 player.

I think the first version is better. I sometimes get bored of all seas being black.

Just a little correction, Moravia region never stretched to Slovakia, I mean, Great Moravia did, but Moravia as a historical region isn't stretching into Slovakia, at that time, I think that Slovakia was reffered to as "Upper Hungary" or something like that.
