If any of this were true, we would have already taken action against it a long time ago.
If any of this is true and we somehow overlooked it, you might want to show proof.

It's also important to remember that we do take all relevant past actions into account. People who repeatedly misbehave and were given yet another chance, should probably not try their hand at slander and defamation if they want to keep their account much longer.
