there is no envy and anger. there is nothing for me to be envious of sze, especially because no matter what this will stay an unimportant game. and that's also the reason I rarely get angry.
no need to take some time to think in order to realize sze was serious. for your point with private chat, honestly I have no idea why he didn't use the private chat. although I can think about many reasons. maybe he didn't think about what could "happen" if he wrote that on public. maybe he didn't think that they will reject the offer like that (after all, it's not a big deal to quit the ladder for a day, and they will get a free win for that [not saying I would accept the offer, but that's a valid reason for writing it on public]). there are many more reasons possible, but it doesn't matter. you and some other guys have to understand sze also makes mistakes sometimes, and maybe you are right and it was a mistake not to write it on private.

meaning they want to touch the 1st place just to get the trophy (or just to be able to say later: "I was #1 in the 2v2 ladder". same thing). since his suggestion wasn't accepted he started stalling the game against dreuj and I as he wanted the game against ribena and unknown to finish already, before he needs to surrender in the other game. so yeah, I think that from both games' chats it looks like sze is the angry guy you are talking about.

I did join 2v2 ladder to get 1st place, I don't like the settings now, and I did not then. My original goal was to get 1st place, then quit, that's all, far less motivation when settings are bad. Second, it is absurd to say I was stalling considering we could have easily got 1st place if we really stalled, easily could have squeezed out many more turns if I wanted to stall, always before last turn there was a possibility for you to make a mistake. I explicitly said to gnuffone in team chat it'd be bad not to surrender immediately. Third, at the time it was Ribena who was stalling against us for whatever reason, a game we won as I said, before our game with you was not possible to salvage. I did want 1st place, but I'm never interested in fake 1st places.

of course, but you didn't want it to look too obvious that you stalled. you prefer not to get the 1st place rather than being "caught" in action. this way you have excuses, it wasn't over, I told gnuffone it's not nice not to surrender and many more, just so people won't blame you, or dislike you. that's the sad point, you only care about your reputation and what other people think about you. you are allowing yourself to say things about gnuffone now, just so people won't like you less.

i'm sure you know the reason. ribena and unknown didn't quite like your offer, and the fact you were stalling. it can clearly be seen on the chat.
