Is there any hope left that I can access this amazing extension? I found it in NinjaNic's tutorial, but the link is broken.

If I can't then I guess I need to go learn python or rename all territories manually...

Yeah, I looked thoroughly in the comment section. NinjaNic himself told that the project was retired.

For my first map now, I will have to do it manually.

Hold on, what you have to do is press CTRL + F and then put search to "selected", select your territories, then press objects, put in "path" for Find, and "Territory_1" for replace, then click find and replace.

That will change all of your paths to a territory with a unique number.
