Bomb cards only destroy cities (industrial complexes)
All deployments made in a territory without an industrial complex are skipped
Kill rates have been altered so on the axis and allies setup chart, the offensive and defensive kill rates portray their kill rates.
This game has been created so that it recreates the 1941 axis and allies game as much as possible.
