Hmm, your alts winrate makes me wonder how good you actually are, as winrate is primarily dependent on who you play. I'd be willing to play with you and try to help you improve, but then again it might be possible that you're actually better than I am, in which case I'd likely not be of much help.

My Alts win rate is down to playing 1 vs 1 against people with a level range of from mine to + 10 (ie, the current filter is for levels 21-31 on the games I create).

Basically I was trying to progressively improve by stepping up the experience of opposition in line with my own.

Better play as good opponents as possible inszead of players on your skill level. It's the best way to improve.

I am working up to playing the better players. Being honest, I lost a lot of 1 vs 1 against good players and kind of got disheartened. Figured a more progressive approach would be better

Playing a lot of tournaments would be the best then. In the first few rounds you get probably weaker players and opponents get always stronger the further you go. Maybe you won't win the tournament, but at least some games. :)

Still looking for a clan though, if anyone is interested. Quite like the idea of both improving and competing more formally.

Our clan is looking for a few more people if you want to try out. We have several players who are about your level. We compete in events like the clan league.
