Missing all those 3v2s prolly played a big part in the loss. You used 2v2s really well in china, youre a good player experimenting with an alt i think. post more of these experimental strategies and less losses please.

Yes - In that game failing all three 3v2s at that point was huge. And Yes - I somehow completely missed gulf coast, probably playing a bit subconsciously and emotionally at the time. I will try not to repeat that mistake again. And yes - I like to try and use improbable attacks like 5v4, 2v2, 13v10 etc. Here it comboed nice with the leftovers. Other times it allows to reduce stacks in a way that will not leave as much leftovers when they are not needed and seem not to become useful in upcoming turns. And OK. Although most games are not interesting at all, if I play one that seems to be, I will post it then.

Turn 5 he very likely had completed his 2 other bonuses so guessing he was gonna go all in on scand that turn is not hard.

I do that a lot. Again - I think i had to hear that from somebody good.

Looking forward to your next comments.

It's definitely "not my day". Another game not worth analysing. I should have taken an easy win, however i played chaotically and did not think about the win-loss "cost efficiency" of neither my moves nor the position. Biggest question that arises: Why did I attack in CA? I should have stayed there. What was I thinking? I played it out like a *beep*.

http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=6731921 this game keeps bugging me. there are different things i could say; hes a nub so treat him like one, play safe and solid and stop these 2v2s and guesses and big stacks going nowhere. You also made wrong guesses but i dont want to harp on about that because they were justified given your intel. Perhaps someone else can weigh in?

http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=6752884 going for south africa is unacceptably terrible. Turn 3 just deploy all and sit in moscow, get cardpiece with armies in central russia checking SEA. That solves your 2 major problems, smaller stacks (because you went killing neutrals SMH) and intel. Dont check africa, if he is there then thats fine, leave him be. When your income is so low (8) then the cost of killing the neutrals outweighs the benefit of threatening him in 2 places. Also wrong guesses, though theyre not bad guesses. After turn 10 surrender and stop wasting everyones time.

http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=6754733 wrong pick order in the south and the game is lost. Why he let you clear him in russia i will never know, but trying to elim him there was a bad strategy. It also worked, so if i ever get in a situation like that one i will try it out. Youve been behind income all game so one bad guess is enough to screw you (turn 6). He gives you another chance, and you take full advantage which is quite hard to do so well done. Turn 14 i dont understand why you did what you did but at this point im not sure i should be questioning you. My rationale is that he has high income and you have more armies and a quadruple border so the only thing you really need to do is deploy enough taht you cant be eliminated with him going all in and getting first move. He could also win from a position like that with extraordinary guesswork, or what i call king chasing (from chess) where he lets you take 1 territory and keep one bonus broken but only one, so he still has higher income. He then chases you around slowly building a bigger stack. Anyway you did something weird and generally bullshit. On turn 17 we see the start of a king chase.
