I recognize it as a small city where a pack of cigarettes costs $15 and with more Gucci shops than 90% of large countries. Also the taxi's rip you off. The meter says $10 and then the driver says a bunch of nonsense about why you actually need to pay him $32.80 because of some surcharges and taxes and blah blah and it all goes into his pocket.

Same sentiments just that I seldom take taxis and nvr smoke
