Armies:
16% luck
5-5 armies on each territory
2 armies / neutral territory
territories:
full random, no wastelands, 2 territories per player

Misc constraints:
less than 10% boot ratio
min 70 played games

I forgot to emphasize that this will be a REAL - TIME tournament. (forum doesn't allow me editing...)

I have a 13% bootrate, but I may tag-along.

I doubt we can allow higher than 10% boot ratio. It'll be team game so it just wouldn't be fair with others. I hate vote to end all the time.

I'll start this 15 mins before actual start.

I'd like to ask you all to join in the chat 20 mins before start so I can launch the tour with the proper amount of teams.
Currently I have no idea how many of us will join. Let's see that.

My plan is to organize similar events weekly from now on.
Unfortunately, this site doesn't really support this. Actually, it makes it pretty hard to achieve this.

I'm not sure about vte in tours. Anyway, BE FAST, it'll be a small map!

The fog will be light fog so it'll be possible to spectate others while being idle.
