My uncommon mine upgrade discount thingy dropped from 7% to 5%.

I just used it at 7%. I know I'm not crazy because I moved it to the active space like 100 times to upgrade mines. A part of me was like wasn't this higher the other day? Now it is definitely lower. I've noticed this with a few others dropping to 4% from 5%.

I get that this thing is in beta, but the artifacts barely make a dent, and they're already being decreased in effectiveness. Maybe make them more effective . . . rather than decreasing their effectiveness . . .
