The Brazil, Italian and Spain ones are bigger than 3200. And I tried making the Croatia map before, but there's no source for the municipality names.
Colombia has many very large territories, bordering lots of small ones, that wouldn't really make such a good map. The Greece map is an option, though I would start out small if this is your first map.

the gb map is a very good idea. i think there is a map about 200-300 territory.
