I did not expect that many replies. I didn't know its was an hot topic.
I've checked the turn order settings, they seem to be there to ensure that its not always the same player that get the advantage. So now I know that ''delaying'' is a thing widely know and accepted, but it does give unfair advantage, its just abusing the system.

But, as I can see there is no way around it so I guess since we are playing between friends we will home rule something.
