Tough choice between 12 bases parnelli island and victoria harbour

I voted for 12 bases last week and it should've won and parnelli looks really well planned. Especially for siege. But my vote is on victoria harbour. I had the privilege of testing it. It's nicely done, fun, and the mapmaker nikitan put some time into it.

With such divisive votes between the strategic community, the diplomatic community might sneak in a surprise win with east Asia diplomacy. As for my vote, 12 bases should have won last week and should win this week.
