I want to report Wensink who has a hack that allos him to see starting positions of everyone in the startt of the game !

I've played two games and am smarter than you.

He knows where you started without hacking.

It's either a custom scenario, and everyone knows where you started, you border someone who told him you were there, or it's manual dist, and he knows because you stole his picks and/or he can guess because there's only so many viable spots someone should choose.

btw it's not possible to hack multiplayer games, but it is possible to cheat using multiple accounts (alts) or by making the settings favor one side.

Maybe a hacker hacked wensink's account and used his account to hack the game. and then he hacked ottoman emperor's account to show with posting how great hacker he is.
