Let's suppose that you lose your first 2-3 games in the 1v1 ladder. Then, you leave the ladder, wait two months and 28 ish days, and then you rejoin the ladder right as they are about to expire. Two questions; a) would this ensure you are paired with lower-rated opponents than you would be paired with by simply joining the ladder at 0 games, and b) is this a viable strategy? Oh, and a third question, has it been done before?
