The reason coldblood and some other clans failed is because they were obviously troll clans or trolling and nobody wants to join a troll clan however the more genuine one are excepted and as people saw the new clans 101 and Mc become successful people have been less doubtful on clans that and yoshi curtis the clan hater has left.

Alex, Let's be honest here. I said in the future some of these clans may be good meaning {RSP} and some other elitest clans. I don't see how anyone could consider your clan a strong one right now. I have played with 2 of the "best players" and one is above average but is pretty easy to beat normally. The 2nd one is a below average player who nearly anyone can beat. I'm not naming names, as I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings but the "best guys" obviously aren't much. And the "Average Players with good Potential" is bad as well. I have played with 4 of them, and all 4 are horrible, way below average players.
Maybe in the future you guys will be one of the best clans but I doubt it. You are going to have to get some really good players and have good teachers as well. Open clans like that can never be considered one of the best clans in warlight unless they have a great history like [REGL] or they have many top players, which is unlikely.

K lets keep this civilised (no clan arguments or poems from HMS please).
@Ironheart I agree with what you said (although I never saw Kurtis). To add on it, another thing that may make clans more popular is that more and more clan are making recruitment threads, and are getting more press (For example, the juggernauts are a clan that is fairly big, but no one knows them that well). Another reason is that since more clans are getting popular, this is creating a chain reaction for more clans to be made.

My first day in Warlight I didn't say to myself: Hey I will be great in the future. I just said: ok I am a noob. (Thing that I still do, since it is the only way to improve here)
Anyway I see why you defended your clan to JSA's opinion (totally correct by the way): you are the clan leader, you couldn't agree.
But why to write: "The 101st have a lot of potential of being one of the best clans on warlight"?
Let's say that to such a sentence some critiques should be expected, considering also that it is not the first time that you say this very thing.
I don't want to do the censor of the community, so take my opinion just as suggestion: better to say to be (or to have lot of potential to be) one of the best clan when you are one of the best clan.
About the topic of this thread I once again agree with JSA.

ty alex, this argument has gona far enough. Another thing a noticed is that some clans seem to appear out of nowhere. For example, i never heard of CPU or saw any of them until 3 months ago.

Alex, I don't want a fight either. I'll just counter your points earlier and explain why they don't make much sense.
Roughly 9 months ago (an estimate), Kereosa (then known as Bakapon) was in the same Proving Ground League as me. He finished 2nd in the round robin tournament and I finished 7th out of 10 players. So obviously he used to be better than me. Last month, In Proving Ground Season 3, I finished 2nd in the tournament out of 15 people, He finished about middle of the pack. So obviously either he hasn't improved or else I have improved at a much faster rate than him.
I also disagree with each of them being at least average.
[P] started off similar to {101st} except with higher standards. Early on, we were all relatively even. A few months later, only me and one other guy had improved much and that was because we were playing against better players and learning different techniques. We realized we were nothing on the better players, and so learned from them. We got a few more good players to join the clan so we had people at our skill level again. A few months ago, I started working with a few of the other guys who had not improved much, if at all. None of them improved any that I could see despite the efforts to teach them. That is why I left the clan.
I once knew a guy who had played 4000 games and still played about the same as most newbies on warlight. Some people just can't improve much because they don't realize how bad they are compared to good players or don't have the mental capabilities to improve any more. I think you will find that over half of the guys in your clan will hardly improve at all in the future.
And to get top players in your clan, you must have some good players. [WM] had 2 strong leaders that were great players of the game and so they grew and got more good players. Apex had 4 of the best players on warlight in their clan and so 5-6 more good players joined their clan as well. AHoL started off with 2 good players, and added another 4-5.
I think it is highly unlikely that any new clan can become better than one of these three clans unless it is started by a couple of great players. With a clan with low standards like {101st}, I don't think there is anyway you can become a top clan.
But what is the point in arguing over who is the best clan anyway? The main thing is to enjoy playing within your clan and enjoy clan challenges and such.
Btw, Please no poems HMS...I know they are very good but I have a feeling it will get annoying soon.
