I know this is the third thread of this feature (after

http://warlight.net/Forum/Thread?ThreadID=31794), but I think it needs more attention (and votes).
This feature will enable to make multiple cards of the same type with different settings, like this.
[v] Sanctions Card 1
10 - Number of pieces to divide card into
1 - Card Weight: Determines how common the card will be.
1 - Minimum number of pieces awarded per turn.
0 - Initial number of pieces given to each player at the start of the game.
1 - Number of turns that the sanctions will be enforced for.
0.4 - Percent that their income will be reduced by. 1.0 will remove all of their income, 0.5 will remove half.
[v] Sanctions Card 2
1 - Number of pieces to divide card into
