is anyone intrestead in being the leader and running a second regiment, as the 101st has to many people wanting to join at the moment.
-you can call it what ever you want.but related to regiments for example 95th, 8th, e.c.t
-you will have support from me to get players and to organise things
-you will be in sort of the same army (clan) but different regiment

im just suggesting this if someone is looking to start a clan but needs help by the way i need someone exspirenced and good organiser and team player.

thanks

Don't you need people to fill up your regiment?

If you are running through as little as three ranks, you will need 11 people to make it feasible.

4 privates
2 lance corporals
1 corporal

Even with those ranks, your regiment won't be very big, or realistic.

Could you post your reg here? I'm interested to see how the rank system works.

Alex, perhaps you can do this for your suggestion. When you run out of room for a regiment, you tell one of the potential members in recruitment if they want to be a leader. They can set up the tryouts, names, ect, but still part of your clan. So techincaly they can work on its own, but is still technicaly under your control, like how a colonel manages his group, but still takes orders from the general. This is just my suggestion, so its your choice.

Well that is how a single regiment should work.

But if you make another regiment, the best way to lead it would be to detach yourself from the 101st and become Field Marshell. That way, you could lead over all of the regiments, thus having control over them like you want, and you can have different regiments.

It will be great if you can get enough people to join, but I'd suggest leaving recruitment open for this sort of thing, as places need to be filled to make it feasible.

How about keep one regiment and seperate it into batallions or companies?
Then you dont have to do many changes. Keep yourself commander of the Regiment and then have Battalion commanders or company commanders or both.
You could even upgrade to a Brigade. LOL :P

i like the idea of regiments with 1 leader (named as you want), 2 seconds, and 4 grunts (don't name them that :p)
you'd be the leader of the 100 group, and there'd be 101st, 102nd. etc
...but that's probably not at all how it works irl, i know nothing about the military

I think I'm gonna pass this idea for now but I might come back to it later on because of numerous number of reason. So I'm just gonna stick with the 101st with aim of 24 members.

An idea I will take for now thought is there will be two battalions in the regiment of 12 players for 12v12 and 2 squads of 6 players in a battalion for 6v6 these players will all be apart of the 101st

Thanks

Then if you want control of all regiments. You will have to be either a Commonwealth regiments brigadier general, brigade general, or one-star general (sometimes colonel). And other regiments will fall under your control.

It sounds good then Alex.

Good luck with it, and it should be interesting to see this expand into other regiments.

it will take lots of time and planning, but if this regiment idea works, this can easily become the greatest clan on warlight, and might even get more members then REGL
