How? Just re-google them or upload them again.

Edit: I would like to also point out that they aren't called French fries or Belgian fires, they are in fact called chips.

Why are fries called French fries? Well it dates back to world war 1 were USA troops met the Belgian/French culture and toke the fries and the recipe to the US. By the British forces it was called frites but it was rapidly changed to chips.


It is claimed that fries originated in Belgium, and the on-going dispute between the French and Belgians about where they were invented is highly contentious, with both countries claiming ownership. The popularity of the term "French fries" is explained as a result of "French gastronomic hegemony" internationally, where the cuisine of Belgium was assimilated because of a lack of understanding.

Did you know that Belgian Waffles are made in Belgium?
Surely yes but those Belgian waffles do strangely not occur in the Belgian cuisine.
