For those who like the map Imperium Romanum, there is a question that has currently be left unanswered. Which is the better spot to play? The North or The South. If you would like to try to answer this question, then I would suggest looking at the following tournament.

As can be seen, this tournament is a single elimination, custom scenario tournament. It is up to the player on how they should proceed. However, there are only thirteen slots left to join. So make sure that you want to play before the cutoff.

Why is the North better?

The north is better, because the bounses are bigger. Greece, North Gaul, North Italy, ect.

@{RSP}Agressive#Number's# - Actually if you could, can you ask {RSP} [WL貼吧]ninja and {RSP} Vitudurum to either accept or decline their invites. I can do it if you would like me to do so, but I would rather you do so since they are from your clan. Plus, it would be better than some impatient player from another clan. :)

The south may be able to invade better, but it wouldnt matter, if the north had a superior income.

I think the south and north are pretty much equal. The North having "bigger bonuses" doesn't quite make it better, because it's very rare that you'll ever get the bonuses. Especially in a 2v2 setting. I typically try and hit the smaller 2 bonuses quickly, whilst taking a spot somewhere in South to fight whoever is down there, or double pressure France/Italy with my partner.

hurrdurr, just looked at the settings.

I see, it's a 1v1 with custom scenario. I think Empyrean actually balanced it out quite nicely. North is still risky. I doubt you'll get the big bonuses before the South begins to counter. The South has easier expansion routes, yet not as great for positioning.

Well, the problem comes from having time to invite someone in. I was able to get one person to make a decision, but it seems that someone else decided to pick another person to invite. -_- So, I will try with a larger group of players. (Hopefully, I can get the invites out in time.)
