So many games are ruined by this. For many players it seems that this is the best option to get a win whereby the instant someone strays over the 2 min mark the game is effectively over with no warning given, where is the fun in playing these games?

I realize it isn't against the rules to boot but often a player might have a computer problem needing a browser refresh or something. Would giving a one off warning be too much trouble? How about a bit of sportsmanship? Or is getting that win statistic the only important thing above all else?

That's why they implemented "Vote to end".

I only play 2 minute boot, and it never takes me that long, it should be easy to finish your turn within 2 minutes (on most reasonably sized maps). As for booting i pretty much never boot except if i have to leave urgently and the person was taking too long every single turn

Simple solution... don't join games with 2 minute boot! Why bitch and moan about something that is entirely within your control?
