is it retroactive?

i.e. completing Tutorial gives say 10 AP by default.
I did it say 3 times, i gained a total say 16 AP from it.

Do I gain 3,125 AP when purchasing the advancement?

Do I gain ( 10 * x ) + ( furtherRunAPEarnings * x ) when purchasing the advancement where x is the multiplier from the bonus?

Do I gain nothing?

Is it safe to assume that future AP development will make this loss irrelevant?
