I have setup all my notifications to be instant but I'm not receiving any emails. I've made the changes on both the website and the iOS app because I didn't see the same setting after making the changes. Is there anything else I need to set to make sure these are enabled?

Double-check that the e-mail address is entered correctly, and also check your email provider's spam folder. They should be there.
