Okay I'm doing my single player map Frenzy Lumberjack Duo, and I guess I must have missed something. I might get 8 armies at the end of round one, only to be faced by 100+ on round two. Despite multiple tries I can't work out a strategy. It doesn't even give me the option of moving on.
Help on this level gratefully received,

Joe has 99 pieces of reinforcement card. If he makes at least one succesful attack, he will get another card piece, complete his card and get 100 armies.
Don't let him take any of your territories.
