Okay so every time I trace for a map project, the borders overlap instead of having their own contiguous borders like bonus. They behave as a territory but I can't seem to make each country in this map https://www.warzone.com/SinglePlayer?PreviewMap=89105 it's own bonus. I've only ever been able to start maps based on how NinjaNic puts water then cuts bonuses from there. Can I start a bonus from scratch and what's the easiest way to fix these "territories" so they behave as independent bonuses?

I'm not actually sure what you're asking.

None of the bonuses in the map you linked seem to overlap? Each country has its own independent bonus and their own coloured border.

Maybe a picture/example of what you want instead would help.

I was talking in chat and Farah kind of helped. What I've been doing is moving the borders. Everything is essentially a territory and I just add the bonuses and move the nodes over to make it appear like it's a bonus. It's more work of course, instead of drawing the outline of the continent but I make quick work of it and it's not turning out too bad. Thanks Murk.
