Some questions come to mind:

• Why even make a second account?
• Why try to start a clan with your alt; it seems to me it'd make a lot more sense to run the clan from your main account?
• Why do you only say you have another account, but not tell us what your main account is? What's so secret?
• Number of wins is a function of number of games played (high numbers correlate, but do not equate, to skill) and percentage won (doesn't even really correlate with skill; all the very best players hover around 50%), so the reasoning "I have a huge amount of wins therefore I'm talented / skilled / cool" simply doesn't work.

Also, running a clan requires communicative and people skills; judging from your posts so far, both of those might pose a problem...
