Out of curiosity. Is 'seizing' clans like this allowed ?

Once again someone used an alt, gained my trust as a manager, then added his friends.

I will be emailing Fizzer to solve it, just like I did last time, this guy will be suspended for taking a product that someone else paid for (called stealing)

If you violate the EULA or TOS of a product you paid to use, it absolutely is not theft for you to lose access to that product.

Microsoft has every right to ban people hwo have XBOX Live Accounts, Blizzard has every right to ban people from playing WOW.
