Winning is easy, there are plenty of ways to win:
You only need to be stronger than your opponent.
If you're not stronger then you only need to outsmart him.
If you can't outsmart him then you only need him to make a mistake.

I'd say this game falls in the third category.

I'd say losing in Egypt was the turning point. If he had held out there, he would have easily won that game.
