Making maps is not an impossible task.
After you do the first one and get the tricks, you will have no difficulties.

I recommend doing the following ...
Create a test map with 2 or 3 geometric figures.

Circle or square.

Make all the configuration and test the game as shown in the tutorials of the links ...

Make your personal notes in a text file with images and other information ...

So you will have a step by step and will increasingly develop maps.
