maybe the nickname was a bit different? cause I just checked and it does work perfectly for every nickname from this thread.. maybe the guy is new and google "robots" didn't yet recognize his profile page..

Actually, that's not how Google works. It doesn't magically know about pages (nor does it try to guess them, which would sort-of work in this case), it merely follows links. So, if it knows about warlight.net (how it gets there is another matter, but let's say it does) and looks at the homepage, it won't just store and index the text on that page, it will also keep track of all the links it finds. One of those is called "Community" and points to http://warlight.net/Dashboard.aspx. Once it looks at that page it will find a link to the forum (which has a list of all the subforums and all the threads on here). So it will find this thread and in here, every post has not only the name of its author, but also a link to all of our profiles.
It doesn't matter how long toddster has had an account and a profile page; so long as nothing links to it, as far as Google is concerned, it doesn't exist. So the fact Google can't find his profile basically tells us he's never posted on the forum, it doesn't tell us whether his profile exists (read: whether the username was misspelt).

I said already I don't know his email, he never told me it. If I did have his email I would have had him on my invite list by now. Also, I said that he'll be gone for about 2 months.

But you said he's your friend; you have no way of contacting him? If you can reach him somehow (by text message for all I care), tell him to go to "Settings", the top button there says "View Public Profile" (try it yourself). In the address bar, something like this will appear:

If he only tells you that number, you can enter it in the address bar and you'll have his profile.

Alternatively, he could text-message you his email address, that's even easier.

How do I contact him? I don't have his email or his cell phone number. I've even tried finding his facebook account to find his email. I typed in his name and about 50 showed up.

RvW - i actually know a bit on how google works as i was sort of involved in positioning some sites.. you can always manually add sites (and who knows, maybe fizz applied it to algorythms creating a profile site) and as "robots" i referred to the scripts following links.. it doesnt happen instantly, exactly after a new link appears but a bit later.. this was what i meant saying "not yet recognized his page". cheers!

grady - i dont really understand - if he already was on your invite list, then you could easily get to his profile page from there, and if he wasn't then why would you need an inactive guy on your invite list? whatever makes you happy ;)

sorry bout doublepost - the guy not playing ANY multiplayer games sort of explains why he isn't recognized by google.. even with rather poor compatibility with flash, google should manage to see the in-game links to profile pages as well..
