there is already a thread discussing the topic, how to win that level. unfortunately too old to reply to.

however, i'm stuck too. (and its the last level to beat for me)

In theory the strategy I had in mind while creating the level was a rush to the center bonus. While this does work, it seems that you can also easily hold off against grey in Ovrawax while you take over orange. Once you have taken over orange go for the center.
